The Right to Information Act 2009 (Act) does not apply to CS Energy and its subsidiaries (CS Energy) in relation to its functions, except so far as those functions relate to community service obligations. As CS Energy does not currently have any community service obligations, CS Energy is an entity to which the Act doesn't apply at this time.
