Capricornia Energy Hub

Longer duration, firming capacity such as pumped hydro will be required to underpin Queensland’s energy security over the coming decade.

CS Energy is considering a range of options for participating in the Capricornia Energy Hub - an integrated renewable energy and pumped hydro storage project.

The project is owned by global fund manager Cophenhagen Infrastructure Partners and will be located on Widi Country, west of Mackay.
