Country Universities Centres (CUC) are located throughout rural and regional Australia, aiming to make higher education accessible to everyone by providing dedicated, free-to-use study spaces supporting students from any Australian university or institute of higher education.

This enhances access to quality education and support services in rural and regional areas, creating an inclusive educational environment by equipping students with the resources they need to thrive without having to relocate to pursue their tertiary education.
CUC facilities include:
• Study support skills and pathways advice
• High-speed internet, computers, and free printing
• Extended opening hours to suit different schedules

The Centre in Chinchilla, located at 27 Bell St, also includes a lounge area, kitchen facilities, and individual study rooms named after foundation sponsors including CS Energy.
